Customers find you by looking up your address.

Your office could be at 123 Any Street, New Town, Australia 1234.

Your Web Site address could be www.yourname.com.au or .com, .tv, .biz etc.

Domain names are registered with one of a number of organizations around the world. This can cost from $30 per year upwards.

This site is on what is termed a sub-domain. Netfirms.com is the main domain and www.allanstech.netfirms.com is the sub-domain.

Whether you have a domain or sub-domain is not a big issue. The main issue is that you do get on the internet and advertise your presence to the world.
